Why the Shipping Price Changes at Checkout
Our new Shopify-powered cart instantly calculates shipping based on your location. No more confusing default rates—our system now recognizes your location from the start, plus, Australian GST is added automatically where required.

ORDER PROCESSING & PRE-ORDERS

We pack and ship orders as quickly as we can, but we’re not Amazon—please allow a few extra days, especially during busy release windows.

Pre-Order Policy: If your order includes a pre-order item, everything will ship once that item is ready. Merch may ship separately. Updates are always posted via email and blog.

FAQ – FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

1. Where is my order?
Check your email for tracking. If it’s been more than 3 business days without one, email me at lincoln@paintonplastic.com.

2. My tracking hasn’t updated. What now?
Tracking may lag due to carrier delays. If there’s no update after 10 days, reach out.

3. How do pre-orders work?
They ship in the order received once production is complete. Timelines can shift due to manufacturing or customs.

4. Why does shipping take time?
Books are packed by humans, not machines. International logistics and customs can cause delays. Thanks for your patience.

5. Why don’t you use resellers?
Because they don’t care like I do. Buying direct means better pricing, faster updates, and guaranteed authenticity.

6. Do you ship to my country?
Yes, nearly all. If checkout gives you trouble, email me.

7. Can I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn’t shipped, yes—just email me ASAP.

8. My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Send photos to lincoln@paintonplastic.com and I’ll sort it.

9. My package is lost. Can I get a refund?
If confirmed lost by the carrier, I’ll offer a replacement or store credit.

10. How long does delivery take?
Depends on your country. Once shipped, your tracking number is your best source.

11. Can you hold a kit/book for me?
Sorry, no holds. I announce all releases first via email, then social media. Subscribe to stay ahead.

12. My account says I have no orders—but I pre-ordered!
If your order was from the old store (before March 2025), it won’t show in your new account, but it’s still active. You don’t need to do anything. Want confirmation? Just email me.
