🇺🇸 U.S. Fulfillment Now in Progress

U.S. orders are now being transitioned to fulfillment from within the United States via a domestic warehouse. This means:

  • ✅ No import duties or customs delays (once transition completes)

  • ✅ Faster, tracked domestic delivery (as warehouse operations go live)

  • ✅ No hidden fees at checkout

This change is currently in progress. Stock is being transferred to the U.S. warehouse now, and U.S. customer orders will begin shipping from there in stages across August–September 2025. Thank you for your patience during this transition — it’s a major improvement in the long run.

📦 Shipping Options

Standard Shipping (Now Split by Region)

  • 🇺🇸 U.S. Orders: Transitioning to domestic fulfillment via our U.S. warehouse. Orders placed now are queued for that system and will ship from within the U.S. once the setup is fully operational. Tracked shipping, faster delivery, and no customs issues are coming soon.

  • 🇦🇺 Australia + Rest of World: Shipped directly from our Sydney studio. Safe packaging and tracking number included.

⏳ Order Processing & Pre-Orders

Orders are fulfilled as quickly as possible, but please allow a few extra days during product launches or warehouse transitions.

  • Pre-orders ship once the product is ready.

  • U.S. orders may experience a short delay while stock is being transferred into the new domestic system.

  • All items ship together unless otherwise specified. Merch items may ship separately.

  • You'll receive an email with tracking as soon as your order is dispatched.

The previous store has now been fully retired. If you pre-ordered before March 2025, your order is still valid and will be fulfilled as promised. No further action is required.

❓ FAQ – Frequently Asked Questions

1. Where is my order?
Check your email for tracking. If it’s been more than 3 business days with no update, email lincoln@paintonplastic.com.

2. My tracking hasn’t updated. What now?
Tracking may lag due to carrier issues. If there's no movement after 10 days, reach out.

3. How do pre-orders work?
They ship once production is complete, in the order received. Delays can occur due to production or international transfer.

4. Why does shipping take time?
Books are packed by humans, not machines. U.S. orders are being transitioned to warehouse fulfillment; international orders still ship from Australia.

5. Why don’t you use resellers?
Because they don't care like I do. Buying direct = better pricing, faster updates, and guaranteed authenticity.

6. Do you ship to my country?
Yes, almost everywhere. If checkout gives you trouble, just email me.

7. Can I change my shipping address?
If your order hasn't shipped yet, yes. Email me as soon as possible.

8. My item arrived damaged. What do I do?
Send photos to lincoln@paintonplastic.com and I'll sort it out.

9. My package is lost. Can I get a refund?
If confirmed lost by the carrier, I’ll offer a replacement or store credit.

10. How long does delivery take?
It depends on your location. Once shipped, your tracking number is your best source of info.

11. Can you hold a kit or book for me?
Sorry, no holds. All releases are announced to the email list first, then social media. Subscribe to stay updated.

12. My account shows no orders, but I pre-ordered!
If you ordered before March 2025, your record exists in the old system. It’s still active and valid — just not visible in your new account.
