New Maschinen Krieger Wargame Coming Soon!

Hello friends,

Very cool news is here, a new Maschinen Krieger Wargame is coming soon! I’d heard about this from Kow Yokoyama Sensei some time ago but know to not ask too many questions. It’s easier to play dumb when you really don’t know any details! Little did I know that it was in development here in Australia, quite close to where we live now.

Drew Edney from Slave 2 Gaming reached out just this past weekend to ask if I’d help with sharing the news with our community and yes of course, I’m most happy to. I also asked a few questions that I am sure you will want to know.

First and foremost, the good folks of Slave 2 Gaming have purchased their Golden Maschinen Krieger licence stickers so it’s a legitimate product. Support the artist, thank you!

Next, the miniatures are in “Pewter” to 1/100 scale.

The old, 1980’s rules set is compatible if you happen to have been lucky enough to get a copy of the old vintage game.

Hello once again from the Slave Dungeon,

Today we have some exciting news for Sci-fi lovers. Slave 2 Gaming will be releasing Maschinen Krieger (MA.K) in 15mm!

For the past 18 months Mike Broadbent and I have been in discussions with Kow Yokoyama (the creator of MA.K) and Scott Hards of HobbyLink Japan fame, with the plan to create the well know Sci-fi model kit range into a 15mm size.

Release date is planned for some time in early 2021, barring some other crazy worldwide event happening! Discussions are still underway to have a rules system to support the miniature range. Something similar to the old board game, but as of yet there are no plans.
